올바른 칫솔질
Brushing your teeth properly.
치아 건강을 위해 스케일링보다 더욱 중요한 것은 올바른 칫솔질 입니다.
45도로 칫솔을 기울이고 잇몸 경계 부분과 치아 사이를 쓸어내듯이 닦습니다.
특히 어금니 뒷면은 잘 닦이지 않기 때문에 신경써서 잘 닦아줍니다.
그리고 많은 분들이 빼먹는 단계가 있는데요. 바로 혀 입니다.
칫솔질을 한 후에는 마지막으로 혀를 닦아주면 됩니다.
치아사이가 벌어졌거나 치주염이 있으면 치간칫솔로 청소하는 것이 좋습니다.
단순한 칫솔질 만으로는 치아 사이까지 깨끗하게 관리가 되지 않기 때문입니다.
우리 모두 올바르게 칫솔질을 하여 치아 관리를 잘 할 수 있도록 노력해야 한답니다.
What is more important than scaling for dental health is proper brushing.
Tilt the toothbrush at 45 degrees and brush it like sweeping between the gum boundary and teeth.
In particular, the back of the molars is not cleaned well, so take care and wipe them well.
And there's a stage where many people skip it. It's the tongue.
After brushing your teeth, wipe your tongue for the last time.
If you have a tooth gap or periodontitis, it is recommended to clean with an intervertebral toothbrush.
This is because simple brushing does not keep your teeth clean.
We should all brush our teeth properly and try to take good care of our teeth.
