건강한 치은, 치아 상태일대는 잇몸 뾰루지가 잘 나지 않지만 근관치료(신경치료, Endo)를 한 후에
이러한 증상이 나타날 수 있습니다.
세균 증식이 주 원인으로 이 고객님은, 예전에 앞니 크라운 치료를 했는데
그 위쪽의 잇몸에 뾰루지가 났다고 치과에 찾아오셨습니다.

정확히 확인을 하기 위해 엑스레이를 진행해보았습니다.
앞니쪽 근관 및 크라운 보철이 있었는데요. 엑스레이 결과 치수 속에 빈공간이 보였습니다.
I proceeded with the X-ray to check it accurately.
There were root canal and crown prosthesis on the front teeth. The X-ray showed an empty space in the dimension.
이러한 빈공간은 올바르게 치료되지 않았다는 뜻이고 이곳으로
염증이 들어가서 잇몸 뾰루지가 올라왔다는 뜻 입니다.
올바르게 치료가 되었다면 치수의 모양대로 하얀색 형태가 제대로 엑스레이로 보여야 합니다.
This empty space means that the inflammation has gone into this area and gum rashes have come up.
If treated correctly, the white shape should be properly X-rayed according to the shape of the measurement.
기존의 보철을 탈거 하고 치수를 깨끗하게 긁어낸 뒤 다시 새로운 수복재로
뿌리의 끝까지 잘 채워넣는 치료를 진행하였습니다.
치료과정에서 염증과 균을 다 긁어냈고, 스케일링을 같이 병행하여 진료를 완료했습니다.

보이시는 것 처럼 제대로된 치료를 하게되면 치수 속에 하얀색의 수복재가
빈공간 없이잘 차 있는것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
이후 뾰루지를 사라졌고 치료가 잘 마무리되었던 증례입니다.
잇몸 뾰루지는 가벼운 증세처럼 나타날수 있고 실제로도 하루이틀사이
사라지는 경우가 있습니다만, 혹시 2~3일 이상 지속된다면 기존에 치료받았던
부분을 다시 진료받아보는게 중요합니다.
