틀니를 처음 하면 많은 부분이 어색할 수 있습니다.
틀니를 처음 사용한다면 우선 부드러운 음식부터 드시면서 익숙해지는 시간이 필요하며,
사용시 아픈 부위가 있으면 다음 점검시에 조정하는 등의 시간이 필요합니다.
그리고 식사 후에는 틀니와 입 속을 물로 잘 헹군 후 칫솔을 이용해 치약으로 틀니를 닦아주는게 좋습니다.
또한 잇몸이 휴식하는 시간이 필요하므로 자기전에는 틀니는 빼놓고
물 속에 보관하는 것이 변형을 방지할 수 있답니다.
또한, 코로나를 방지하기 위해 틀니를 만지기 전에는 늘 손을 잘 씻어주시고
위생적으로 관리를 하는것이 필요합니다. 틀니사용,
