추워지면 턱이 아파요! ‘턱관절 장애’
My jaw hurts when it gets cold! "Jaw joint disorder."
갑자기 날이 많이 추워진 요즘, 추워지면서 턱이 아프다고 하시는 분들이 계십니다.
추운 계절에는 턱관절 장애가 발생되기 쉽습니다.
날이 춥다 보면 몸을 움추리면서 이를 악무는 경우가 잦아져,
턱관절에 평소 문제가 있으셨던 분들이라면 더욱 증상이 심해질 수 있는데요.
식사를 할 때나, 평소에 입을 벌릴 일이 있을 때 턱에서 딱딱 거리는 소리가 나거나
점점 통증이 심해진다면 턱관절 장애 치료가 반드시 필요한 상황입니다.
