30~41개월 영유아 구강검진 확대시행
2022년 6월 30일부터 영유아 구강검진이 현행 3회에서 4회로 확대 시행됩니다.
18~29개월 사이 1차 검진을 진행한 이후 30~41개월 사이 2차 검진이 1회 추가되었습니다

점으로 치아우식(충치) 관리가 필요한 중요한 시기입니다.

불소 도포, 과연 아이들의 치아 건강을 위해 꼭 필요할까요?
불소는 치아법랑질을 강하게 하여 충치를 예방하고, 산에 잘 견딜 수 있도록 치아표면을 보호합니다. 칼슘이나 무기질이 치아에 재결합 하는 과정을 강화하고 불소막을 형성하여 세균의 효소 작용을 억제하는 효과가 있습니다. 결과적으로 불소는 치아면을 단단하게 만들어 보호하여 충치가 생기지 않도록 도와주는 물질입니다.
아이들을 대상으로 치아를 깨끗이 닦은 후 브러쉬로 불소를 치아에 직접 발라주는 방식으로 불소도포가 진행됩니다. 아주 어린 아이들에게도 안정적으로 사용되는 방식입니다. 통상적으로 불소도포 후에는 1시간동안 식사를 하지않고, 혀로 건드리지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 불소 성분은 약한 자극에도 쉽게 벗겨질 수 있어 하루동안 양치질을 하지 않고 간단히 물로 헹궈주는 것이 효과가 좋습니다.
