위의 엑스레이 사진을 보시면 까맣게 보이는 부분이 있는데, 이 부분이 바로 염증입니다.

환자분께도 염증이 생긴 부분을 설명해 드리고

계속 방치하게되면 치아의 색이 변하는 등 추가적인 문제가 있을 수 있어

치아 하나하나의 그 안쪽에는 좁고 길죽한 신경관이 있는데요.

이 부분에 있는 신경을 모두 제거하고 충전재료를 넣어 채워야 합니다.

가장 먼저 진행되는 치료단계로 오염물질이 없이 깨끗하게 청소를 하고

충전재료를 아주 꼼꼼히 깔끔하게 채워넣는것이 중요합니다.

그리고 남아있는 치아를 깎아서 기둥형태로 만든 후에

본을 뜨고, 크라운을 제작하게 되는 것 입니다.

그 위에 원래 검은색으로 염증이 있던 부분이 다 가라앉은 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
